The Wellness Blueprint is a holistic wellness assessment and program designed to help you gain personal insight into your state of physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Developed by wellness pioneer Maiysha Clairborne MD, the program offers guidance and tools to transform a new awareness into sustainable lifestyle change, and a renewed sense of health and well-being. The program can help you to:

 

  • Discover your wellness profile in nine main areas of your life.

  • Identify the areas in your life you are already doing well.

  • Identify the areas in your life where you may have challenges & desire change.

  • Create a personalized wellness action plan.

  • Access tools and resources to help you reach your goals.

  • Create the desired changes in your life.

  • Track your progress allowing you to stay motivated in your action plan.

  • Live your life powerfully and live a life that you love.

 

Your personal experience of the Wellness Blueprint program can be summarized as a journey consisting of the following:

 

Step 1: Your Assessment

Complete a wellness assessment focusing on your wellness in nine main areas of life.

 

Step 2: Wellness and Satisfaction Scores

Get your over all wellness and watisfaction scores as well as scores broken down for each of the nine areas of well-being. Discover your strengths as well as the areas of your life where you most desire transformation.

 

Step 3 - Personal Wellness Action Plan:

Create up to 5 simple action steps in the areas you most desire transformation.

 

Step 4 - Tools to Support Your Action Plan

Utilize a suite of tools including email reminders, wellness journals, articles, how to videos, and the Wellness Blueprint Resource Center to help you successfully implement and maintain your action plan.

 

Step 5 - Resources for Ongoing Wellness:

Continue to update your personal wellness plan to reflect your successes and your current areas of focus. Retake the assessment periodically to monitor your progress. Access a Certified Wellness Coach as an optional, premium feature.
