This class will build core awareness and strength through fun and intelligent movement. We will work our entire body with the focus on core as well as full body integration in both static and dynamic ways. Think bodyweight conditioning, meets pilates, meets yoga and strength training.  Let’s work hard but do so with grace, control and stable articulation.
