Boot Camp: Obstacle Race Addition with

A blend of mobility, agility, strength training, and cardio: this bodyweight class will give you the building blocks to crush a future Spartan Race (when it is safe to do so) or increase your strength, cardiac output, and body awareness using on-hand tools in your home. 
Animal flow meets creative strength training with cardio bursts in-between activities. All levels welcome. 


Equipment needed:

Yoga mat
Chair to step on
Thick & heavy textbooks
Backpack or carry-on suitcase
Heavy stuff to put in bag (e.g. water jug)
