Dr. Sarah Oppelt (Ph.D. in metabolism) is hosting a series of three workshops to help you Design Your Diet so that you can fuel your movement and see faster results from the work you’re already doing in online classes/at the gym. We will cover what needs to go on your plate and in your shopping cart. We’ll discuss the essential nutrients everyone needs, help you discover which might be missing from your current diet, and why eating to reduce inflammation is essential for making any fitness progress.

Learn To Kick Ass

Virtual Basic Technique and Self-Defense Course with Chelsea Gazaille

Take 60 Minutes to learn basic self-defense moves and martial arts training techniques. We'll practice and drill punches, kicks, and blocks that will leave you feeling like a total badass. All you need are comfortable clothes and enough space to avoid kicking over your favorite table lamp.  This virtual event is open to all and will leave you with applicable skills for life’s curveballs and badass technique for your next kickboxing class.

A Latin-inspired cardio dance fitness class open to all fitness levels. Join this energetic, super fun dance party that includes music from around the world! No equipment needed. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
