360 CORE MASTRY WITH LAURA TABLOSKI

Laura has been active in the fitness industry since college where she became an ACE Certified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer.  Her focus is on functional fitness which is designed to safely push you out of your comfort zone.

 

10 - 30 MINUTES

1 class per day for total core mastery.  Each bodyweight sequence targets a specific area of your core.  Balance, hovers, planks, glutes.... these curated classes are sequenced to maximize your independent study time and give you a comprehensive and progressive core workout.
